聞き易いクリアな発音は定評で、TOEIC等の試験問題のナレーションを始め、電子辞書用単語の音声録音や、語学教材のナレーションに携わり、高度な技術専門用語を巧みに、且つ聞き手に分かりやすく伝えることを得意とするため、高度技術の説明、医療手術法の解説、行政法人関連のビデオ等にも、ナレーターとしてだけでなく、校正者としても数多く携わってきています。
カメラ映りを考慮したプレゼンテーション（ネット会議、企業の紹介ビデオ制作等）対策も指導しています。

Hello, my name is Tom j Dolan, and for most of my life I struggled with a fear of speaking in front of other people. It discouraged me from taking advantage of some good opportunities that came to me. But I repeatedly challenged myself, and with trial-and-error, time, and experience, I began to have some success.
Success encouraged me to continue taking chances and I learned to manage and control my fear. And so now I can tell you that I have worked for 25 years in Multi-Media in both America & Japan: TV, Video, Films, Event Host, and Audio Narration.
Many people will quickly say that my fear was the "Fear of Speaking" and I agreed for a very long time. Well, I do believe there is a "Fear" that prevents most people from Speaking at Social, Business, or Professional events, but I no longer accept the "Fear of Speaking" as the reason.
I've learned there are many people in every Country that have the same difficulty with Public Speaking that I did. And so, to help others overcome their fear of speaking, I developed a new educational program: "Performance of Speaking".
My Teaching, Coaching, and Workshops are located here in Central Tokyo. With my training, you'll learn the proven Skills to help you become a Confident and Skillful Speaker. An Influencer at Meetings, Seminars, Social Events, and Presentations.
My small-group Workshops are based on my personal experiences earned over 25 years working in high-pressure media in Hollywood & Tokyo.
